Building & Landscape Services Ltd have been established Kent builders for 6 years, we call on many more years’ worth of experience through our employed staff. This experience enables us to carry out many aspects of general building and landscaping ranging from simple brick work to an extension to your property.

We cater for all of your interior and exterior needs including knocking through a new door way, making two rooms into one, installation of RSJ’s or revamping your garden with a complete overhaul or something as simple as a raised flower bed. For those people that would prefer a little more space garage and loft conversions are an excellent way of creating that space without losing any of your garden or grounds to your property.  More than just Kent builders, we also do decking and patios to extend your indoor living outdoors for the warmer months of the year.

Any extension big or small can be undertaken by us whilst leaving you with minimal stress and hassle, we are able to draw up plans for your property, liaise with building inspectors and the planning department making sure all building regulatory needs are being met.

Need your property to be fully refurbished? This is also a service we are more than capable of providing you with. We would fully project manage the works from beginning to end, including any outside trade work you may require such as electrical and or plumbing.
