Building & Landscape Services is a Kent based company specialising in all garden landscaping, from patios, driveways, fencing, turfing, garden design and even garden clearances, as well as external and internal building works and specialist brickwork, including installing solid fuels fireplaces.

Building & Landscape Services and Building & Technical Services are two halves of one company, run by father and son Keith and Chris Rawlinson.

Keith Rawlinson is a builder with 20 years experience in all aspects of building work. Having completed his training in London, he moved to Kent and set up his own business. He updated his original City & Guilds qualifications and obtained current NVQ qualifications to Level 3. He has also completed a Lime Mortar Putty Mix Conservation Scheme in Canterbury and took part in the reconstruction of one of the walls at Kingston Church.

Chris Rawlinson, his eldest son, spent his early youth learning the trade assisting Keith before obtaining his qualification at Hadlow College and taking over the landscaping side of the business. Having worked for two years installing solid fuel fireplaces, Chris qualified as an independent HETAS Registered engineer. As well as providing landscaping services, Chris is experienced in the installation of solid fuel fireplaces and installing log burning stoves as well as chimney liners and factory made flue systems, so Building & Landscape Services really do provide you with the complete service, so DESIGN - CONSTRUCT and ENJOY.
